Fees for Architectural Services

At b | studio we offer a detailed scope of works our fees are calculated on a fixed lump sum fee of the total cost of works. This lump sum fee derives from the following; proposed max floor space ratio, which is calculated under the council maximum FSR, under the current zoning your project is located. Business Strategery 

We work at percentages on fixed rates of the building cost, the higher the cost, the lower the percentage, because we are web-based firm we are limited to overheads, which means a saving on day to day running of the business, this in turn, enables us to pass the saving onto our clients by as much as 30%.
